COMMERCIAL Feasibility Study – Fees Explained

Line Item i – Professional fees
This covers a range of services including staff, Engineers, Town Planners, Acoustics, Hydrologist, Environmental over and above other line item job roles to ensure the project is a success. This fee is invoiced and paid monthly for hours allocated to each job.

Line Item o – Development Management
This is to pay for our Management Team oversee and run the project to fulfillment always with the mind of achieving the highest and best use for every venture. This fee is invoiced and paid monthly for hours allocated to each job.

Line Item p – Project Management Services
This covers an array of consultants required to do work on the site from our designated team members allocated to each venture, to our superintendent, building consultants and anyone involved at this level. This fee is invoiced and paid monthly for hours allocated to each job.

Line Item q – Buyers Agent (BA)
We obtain sites from other professional groups and the venture must pay for these services. The rates vary considerably, however we always put in the worst-case scenario as a cost in all feasibilities. This fee is payable on the acquisition of all projects.

Line Item t – Real Estate Agent Sales Commission
Our team of agents work with us to sell your venture. Some are employed directly and some externally with the average fee being 3% plus GST. These costs are paid upon settlement of each property.

Line Item w – Accounting
This covers all ongoing costs included but not limited to Xero accounting software, BAS lodgment, general accounts, ASIC and shutting the business down at the end. This fee is invoiced and paid monthly for hours allocated to each job.
